Head of Distribution

As Cornerstone Türkiye is representing a global retail company and looking for a Logistics Operations Lead to manage and optimize the end-to-end outbound flow in Türkiye

Job Description

• Act as the single point of coordination between the business and logistic companies
• Control and steer shipment execution and daily operational flow through 3rd party logistic teams.
• Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities (process, capacity, execution, partner alignment).
• Anticipate peak periods , assess whether overtime / extra capacity is needed, and propose actions to ensure speed and service continuity.
• Monitor performance and push for improvements in execution discipline, responsiveness, and operational reliability.

Skill Set

• Solid experience in logistics operations working with 3PL / outsourced warehousing & distribution models.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority
• Comfortable operating in a regional / cluster structure with stakeholders outside Türkiye.
• Fluent Turkish and strong English.

Reporting line

This role operates within a cluster structure, with the broader leadership located outside Türkiye
