Abu Dhabi Airports is looking for a Head of Events & Operations to lead the planning, execution, and operational excellence of our corporate events, activations, and marketing operations.

As a senior member of the Marketing, Brand & Communications team, you will play a key role in shaping how Abu Dhabi Airports engages audiences, drives visibility, and delivers world-class events that reflect our brand’s ambition and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all corporate events, activations, and international delegations aligned with Abu Dhabi Airports’ strategic goals.
• Oversee the end-to-end management of events — from concept to delivery — ensuring seamless execution and brand consistency.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and international partners to deliver high-impact outcomes.
• Manage event budgets, procurement, and performance metrics, ensuring cost efficiency and operational excellence.
• Oversee marketing operations including audits, governance, policies, and asset management to support departmental efficiency.
• Continuously monitor trends and evaluate event effectiveness to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in event planning and operations, including 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in strategic event management, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery.
• Strong budget management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
