Role Objective:


Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the FMCG division, driving market growth, enhancing brand equity, and ensuring sustainable profitability. This role encompasses the formulation and execution of long-term growth strategies, identification of emerging market opportunities, operational optimization, and expansion of the product portfolio in line with evolving consumer trends. The Head of FMCG will foster strong stakeholder relationships, uphold financial performance and compliance standards, and inspire high-performing teams to achieve the group’s objectives in a dynamic, competitive marketplace.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the FMCG business in Qatar, aligned with the business overall objectives.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, logistics, and business development.
  • Drive brand positioning, promotional campaigns, and product launches to enhance market presence.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and innovative product offerings tailored to the Qatari consumers.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product and sales strategies.
  • Optimize distribution channels and supply chain operations to ensure product availability and efficiency.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to meet revenue and profit targets.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and quality assurance requirements.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in FMCG operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, product lifecycle management, and supply chain optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent Communication & Decision-Making Skills
