The Opportunity

We are looking for a Head of Growth to join our leadership team. This is not a role for a "Campaign Manager" who just wants to run ads. This is a role for a Builder who wants to own the entire revenue engine—from Acquisition to Activation to Retention.


You will act as a Player-Coach : setting the high-level strategy for 2026 while being technical enough to fix an automation workflow or debug a data event yourself.


What You Will Do (The Mission)
  • Build the PLG Engine: Transition us from "Traffic-focused" to "Product-Led." You will own the user journey from the first visit -> Free Trial -> Activation -> Paid.
  • Lead with Data, Not Gut: You will implement and own our data stack (Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, Chartmogul). You will teach the team how to run valid A/B tests and make decisions based on statistical significance, not opinions.
  • Manage & Mentor: You will lead 4 high-performing squads (SEO, Content, Design, CS). Your goal is not to micromanage them, but to give them the strategy and "T-Shaped" skills they need to win.
  • Own the Tech Stack: You will be the architect of our growth tools. You understand how to connect our CRM, Email Automation (Customer.io/ActiveCampaign), and Analytics to create seamless user experiences.


Who You Are (The Profile)
  • You are T-Shaped: You have broad knowledge of all marketing channels, but Deep Expertise in Data, Product-Led Growth (PLG), and Automation.
  • You are a "Scientist": You don't just "try things." You formulate hypotheses, run experiments, measuring results, and iterate.
  • You are Technical: You are comfortable with "No-Code" tools (Zapier, Make), understand basic HTML/CSS, and know how to talk to developers about API integrations.
  • You are a Modern Leader: You know that "Marketing" in 2026 isn't just about blogs; it's about AI, Community (Dark Social), and trust.


The "Simon Test" (Must-Haves)
  • Experience: 5+ years in B2B SaaS Growth (Bonus if you've worked with PLG models like Buffer, Canva, or Slack).
  • Tool Proficiency: Deep experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, or similar product analytics tools.
  • Leadership: Proven experience managing cross-functional teams (Designers + Writers + Analysts).
