Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and vision.
- Advise senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent strategy.
- Drive cultural transformation and change management initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Management
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, ensuring attraction and retention of top talent.
- Oversee succession planning, career development, and workforce planning.
- Build and maintain employer branding initiatives.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive workplace culture with strong employee engagement.
- Act as a trusted advisor for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across the organization.
Performance & Development
- Implement and monitor performance management systems.
- Identify training needs and oversee learning & development programs.
- Ensure alignment of individual goals with business objectives.
Compensation & Benefits
- Design competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain employees.
- Review and benchmark HR policies against industry standards.
- Manage payroll compliance in coordination with finance.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee disciplinary procedures, contracts, and employment documentation.
- Minimize HR-related risks through proactive policy and governance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR management role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving ability.
