Having grown rapidly, we're now looking for a strong Head – HR to take complete ownership of our people function—someone who can balance hands-on HR operations with strategic leadership, and help us shape the culture, structure, and systems that will power our next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement scalable HR policies, frameworks, and processes.
  • Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business goals and future workforce planning.
2. Talent Acquisition & Retention
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across all levels—from entry to leadership roles.
  • Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, and retention programs to build a motivated workforce.
  • Design and execute strategies to reduce attrition and strengthen employer branding.
3. Performance Management & Development
  • Establish a structured performance management system including goal-setting, feedback, and review mechanisms.
  • Identify skill gaps and create learning and development opportunities for employees across functions.
4. Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and transparent workplace culture.
5. HR Operations & Reporting
  • Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain accurate HR metrics and dashboards (attrition, engagement, headcount, etc.) and present insights to leadership for decision-making.

What You'll Bring

  • 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
  • Deep understanding of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws in India.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—able to partner effectively with both leadership and employees.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with HR tools, systems, and MS Office Suite.
