Now they are looking for a Head of HR who can shape the future of their people strategy, build a high-performance culture, and ensure we remain one of the region’s most attractive employers.


The Role

The Head of HR is a strategic leadership position, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the leadership team. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing the full HR strategy, from culture and talent to policies and compliance for a business that’s scaling quickly across the Middle East.


Your mission will include:

  • Building and leading the HR strategy across UAE and regional markets (KSA is a big focus).
  • Partnering with senior leadership to drive organization design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Designing and implementing programs for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
  • Driving learning & development initiatives to grow future leaders within the business.
  • Shaping and embedding a strong performance management culture.
  • Leading compensation, benefits, and rewards frameworks that align with business goals.
  • Acting as a champion for employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Ensuring HR policies comply with UAE labor law and wider GCC regulations.
  • Leading and mentoring the HR team, setting high standards of excellence and accountability.


Who You Are

They are looking for a strategic people leader who knows how to shape culture and capability in a fast-moving FMCG/healthcare environment.


  • 12+ years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a Head of HR or senior HR leadership role.
  • Background in FMCG, consumer healthcare, pharma, or retail industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of UAE & GCC employment law, policies, and compliance.
  • Track record of building HR strategies that drive growth, retention, and performance.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to align people strategy to business outcomes.
  • Proven success in change management and organizational transformation.
  • Strong communicator and natural advisor to C-suite executives.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic a plus.
