Responsibilities

  • HR generalist functions: benefits, questions, etc.
  • Handling HR questions & situations
  • Recruiting & recruiter management
  • Interview structure & top grading system
  • Performance management
  • Career planning
  • Headcount & efficiency metrics
  • Training & training systems
  • Management development
  • Career planning & KPI management
  • Performance management & ABC grading
  • Interview management & standardization of feedback

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or professional HR certification preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

Pay: $145,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
