Position Overview

The Head of HR will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with Gour vision, values, and business goals. This role requires a strong leader with proven experience in strategic HR management, organizational development, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR department and oversee all HR operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent.
  • Drive performance management, training, and development initiatives.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture and promote employee engagement.
  • Provide guidance to management on HR-related decisions and workforce planning.
  • Ensure HR systems, processes, and documentation are effective and up to date.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
