General Responsibilities

Act as the main liaison with embassies, cultural attachés, schools, NGOs, and international institutions for outreach efforts.
Strategic Responsibilities

Develop and implement a unified outreach strategy that enhances the university’s local impact and global presence.

Identify and cultivate partnerships with international universities, cultural organizations, NGOs, and embassies to support student recruitment, academic exchange, and cultural diplomacy.

Design programs that position education institution as an anchor institution for creative learning and community transformation.

Drive initiatives that promote access, diversity, and inclusion across outreach efforts.

Support the university’s internationalization goals through collaborations, joint initiatives, and cultural dialogue platforms.

Align outreach activities with national cultural priorities and Vision 2030 goals related to global engagement and community development.
Operational Responsibilities

Organize and oversee school visits, international education fairs, community workshops, cultural festivals, and public events.

Manage day-to-day outreach operations including communication, stakeholder relations, and follow-up.

Maintain databases of schools, embassies, NGOs, and community stakeholders, including contact history and engagement records.

Track KPIs related to outreach reach, engagement, partnership activation, and applicant conversions.
Industry Experience

10+ years
of experience in outreach, international relations, student recruitment, or community engagement within higher education or cultural institutions.

Experience working with embassies, schools, international universities, NGOs, and local cultural organizations.

Familiarity with the Saudi cultural sector and international education landscape.
Management capabilities

Strong background in leading public engagement, event management, and cross-cultural partnerships.

Ability to manage a team, oversee logistics, and implement outreach programs across multiple channels.

Skilled in stakeholder mapping, CRM/database management, and campaign execution.

Experience in measuring outreach impact and aligning activities with institutional objectives.
