We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of IT – Financial Services, liaising with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals. Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of IT Infrastructure & Operations to ensure smooth business operations. Supervising staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback, complying with regulatory requirements.

Job description:

· Assist CTO/CEO/CIO in managing companywide information technology affairs

· Establish & Maintain technical relationship with technology partners

· Establish & Maintain technical relationship with customers

· Lead and drive technology need to business

· Scope and design appropriate solution for business challenges

· Facilitate IT procurements and implementations

· Ensure technical excellence in companywide technical/technology initiatives

· Assure services availability and performance for internal and external customers

· Ensure SLA maintenance, Operations Management through ITIL compliance

· Facilitate new technology ventures and technology partners onboarding

· Engage in research and development for solution and performance optimization

· Develop and maintain technical/information integrity

· Enforce IT & Security Policies/SOPs and Compliance matters

· People management

· Supervise Infrastructure, Application & Datacenter management

Requirement:

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science.

• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP (Preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as IT Head.

• Proven experience in managing IT operations in financial services, banking, fintech sectors.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• Project Management Process and Tool Designing and Implementation

· Effective IT Operations Management by building appropriate Policies & Procedures

· Issues, Risks, Actions & Decisions/Change Tracking through managed service desk application

· Cisco advanced networking, ACI, ISE & Third grid

· Citrix XenApp, Xen Desktop, VDI & MDM

· Windows Azure Pack, Private Cloud, IAAS, PAAS & SAAS Solutions

· Office 365, Azure & Exchange, Lync, SharePoint and Project Online

· BI Solution Delivery, Advance Analytic & Dash boarding

· Data warehousing & Data Marts

· Enterprise Architecture & Integration

· Portal, Intranet Implementations, CRM & Custom Development Solutions

· Enterprise Project Management & Project Portfolio Server

· Experience in Managing Projects & Organizational Initiatives in the following domains

· Strong Communication skills with good team building and leadership skills

· Ensure Business continuity and Quality Services Delivery over multiple centuries.

· Strong People Management, Career Orientation and Team building capabilities, specially working with distributed virtual team and remote projects.

· Enforcing and Maintaining Project Management Compliance across the services.

· Managing Complex Deals, Business Profitability & Delivery Management for a wide region

· Managing Resources Utilization, Deal Margins, Forecasting and Billability for a wide portfolio of project in the region. Ensuring 100% Client Satisfaction and Internal Compliances (DEI & CPE)

· Effectively Coordinating stakeholder buy-in and acceptance from kick-off to Sign-Off

· Excellent Project Management, Client Management & PMO Management skills.
