Position: IT Sales Head
Location: Shahra e Faisal, Karachi
Job Summary
We are seeking a confident and result-driven IT Sales Head to lead client engagements and convert warm leads into successful business opportunities. The role involves engaging with prospects generated through telesales campaigns, presenting business applications, understanding client requirements, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have strong corporate communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships while effectively representing IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with leads generated through telesales campaigns and manage them through the entire sales cycle.
- Conduct product presentations, solution demos, and detailed discussions with potential clients.
- Identify client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals successfully
- Coordinate with telesales and technical/delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain strong follow-ups to maximize lead-to-deal conversion.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Solid experience in IT sales, account management, or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with corporate clients.
- Experience in solution-based selling and deal closure.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling software solutions such as ERP, CRM, or other business applications.
- Understanding of corporate procurement and decision-making processes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for managing sales pipelines.
Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs600,000.00 per month
