Head of Legal - Senior Director

An exciting opportunity for an experienced senior lawyer to lead the legal function for a FTSE 50 business in the hospitality sector, covering India, the Middle East and Africa. This strategic leadership role will oversee regional legal operations, manage a team of lawyers, and partner closely with executive stakeholders to support commercial growth while managing risk across multiple jurisdictions.

The role involves advising on complex commercial agreements, hotel development, franchising and real estate matters, alongside regulatory, governance and dispute-related issues. You will coordinate legal support across a diverse regional portfolio, oversee external counsel, and drive the development of legal frameworks and processes.

Candidates will typically bring 10+ years PQE, strong cross-border experience, proven leadership capability, and the ability to influence at senior level. Experience in hotels, franchising or real estate is highly desirable.
