Lawyer (Dubai Real Estate Experience)

We are a Dubai-based real estate company looking for a Lawyer & Legal Advisor to handle basic and routine legal matters related to real estate and company operations.

Drafting and reviewing real estate contracts (Form A, B, F, MOUs, tenancy agreements)
Legal review of agreements with developers, brokers, agents, and clients
Advising on Dubai & UAE laws, including:
Real estate and brokerage regulations
Commercial & civil law
Company and contract law
Ensuring compliance with RDC, RERA, DLD, and UAE regulations
Handling NDAs, non-circumvention clauses, commission agreements
Providing day-to-day legal advice to management
Coordinating with external law firms when required
(No court appearances or litigation required)
Requirements:
Qualified Lawyer or Legal Advisor licensed in the UAE (or with UAE legal practice experience)
Strong knowledge of Dubai & UAE laws (not limited to DLD regulations)
Experience in real estate brokerage or property-related businesses
Ability to work on a retainer / part-time basis
Fluent in English / Arabic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

• UAE RDC / Court: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving Lisence (Preferred)
