Head of Marketing

About the Role:


We're seeking a Head of Marketing with strong strategic experience,
commercial mindset and execution muscle, who can lead integrated B2B and B2C marketing and
eventually grow into the CMO role.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead brand, performance, content, PR, and product
    marketing

  • Partner with CMO, product, and
    business development leads
    to drive growth

  • Build the marketing roadmap: from positioning and
    GTM to funnel performance

  • Mentor and scale a lean, high-performing marketing
    team

  • Bring bold creative thinking with analytical rigor
  • Own metrics: brand health, pipeline contribution,
    customer engagement



What You Bring:


  • 10 years+ in marketing with proven leadership
    in fintech, digital platforms, or financial services

  • Track record of building brands and generating
    revenue through integrated marketing

  • Strong digital, brand, and commercial balance
  • Experience managing teams, agencies, and
    cross-functional stakeholders

  • A future CMO mindset: strategic, visionary, and
    execution-driven

  • Martech/AI tools: Brandwatch, Hubspot, Amplitude, Segment/Twilio, Braze,
    CelverTap, MoEngage, Adobe, Tablau or equivelents
