Job Title: Head of MarketingJob Description:

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, market share, and business growth. This role requires a creative and analytical leader with deep understanding of FMCG consumer behavior and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Lead product launches, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing and business goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of FMCG industry experience (mandatory).
  • Excellent understanding of brand management and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
