Role Overview
We are seeking a
visionary and commercially driven Head of Marketing
to lead the marketing function for a large, complex enterprise. This is a
high-impact leadership role
responsible for defining and executing the overarching marketing strategy, scaling brand presence at a national and regional level, and driving measurable revenue growth.
The Head of Marketing will act as a strategic partner to the executive team,
bridging creative brand storytelling with data-driven performance marketing
, customer insights, and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership

Define and own the enterprise-wide marketing vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with overall business objectives.

Serve as a core member of the leadership team, contributing to growth, transformation, and long-term planning.

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing organization, including brand, digital, performance, content, and communications.
Brand & Positioning

Strengthen and scale the company's brand architecture, positioning, and narrative across all touchpoints.

Ensure consistency of brand identity, tone of voice, and customer experience across markets and channels.

Lead major brand initiatives, campaigns, and launches at scale.
Growth & Performance

Drive revenue growth through integrated marketing strategies spanning demand generation, performance marketing, CRM, and lifecycle marketing.

Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, and attribution models to measure ROI and marketing effectiveness.

Optimize marketing spend, channels, and campaigns using data, experimentation, and insights.
Stakeholder Management

Partner closely with Sales, Product, Digital, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution excellence.

Act as the senior marketing voice with external agencies, partners, and vendors.

Present insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and boards when required.
Requirements

12+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with senior leadership experience in large enterprises or high-growth organizations.

Proven track record of building brands at scale and driving measurable business and revenue impact.

Strong strategic mindset with hands-on understanding of modern marketing ecosystems (brand, digital, performance, data, CRM).

Experience leading and scaling diverse marketing teams.

Strong analytical and commercial acumen, balanced with creativity and storytelling.

Experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC market is highly preferred.
