Head of Marketing

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive brand growth. This role involves developing comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing digital campaigns, and managing cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of digital marketing tools, and the ability to analyse market trends to optimise our outreach efforts. Duties

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns including SEO optimisation, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Manage content creation, including copywriting for various channels and maintaining brand consistency.
  • Utilise analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with sales teams on B2B marketing initiatives and optimise outreach strategies for B2B clients.
  • Oversee website management using WordPress, ensuring content is current and optimised for search engines.
  • Design visual content using Adobe Photoshop to support marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal meetings and external pitches.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently using project management tools.
  • Analyse market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in marketing approaches.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in management roles within marketing or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management, email marketing, and WordPress platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint), organisational skills, and IT systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability in analysis skills, copywriting, project management, leadership, and time management.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies with a focus on client engagement and relationship building.
  • Organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
