Head of Marketing

Your Challenges:
  • As Marketing Head India region, position Eppendorf and Eppendorf portfolio in India region to be the Brand and portfolio of choice for customers.
  • Deliver and meet strategic and operational objectives for the continued growth and success of Eppendorf India consistent with Eppendorf’s global and APAC strategies and initiatives.
  • Achieve Sales, Market position and Operating margins KPI’s.
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies, marketing plans, including product marketing, communication and market development in alignment with organizational goals
  • Lead and guide the Marketing team on technical and strategic ground in a transparent and unbiased manner
  • Ensure the team networks among global and regional stakeholders to gain knowledge and deliver effectively to achieve individual and organizational goals
  • Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to create, deliver and achieve business and strategic goals
  • Working closely with Business divisions, global marketing teams to implement strategies, projects, processes, regulatory needs etc
  • Gain competitive intelligence and offer inputs to business divisions on market trends and regional insights that would help in refining strategies
  • Developing, monitoring and managing marketing budget
  • Developing methods to measure and evaluate marketing activities and promotions
  • Maintaining the CI and Brand image of the organization
  • Ensure best practices and keep the standards high to achieve professional excellence
  • Develop novel methods and implement ideas to improve brand visibility
  • Deliver customer centric solutions
Your Expertise:
  • Minimum of 15 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience of leading marketing team and working with multi-cultural teams
  • Experience handling Product Management
  • Experience handling Trainings for internal and external customers
  • Delivering Marketing & Project management skills
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, reports, and legal documents
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
  • Ability to converse, present and lead discussions among peers, customers and industry elites
  • Doctorate in life science with qualification pertaining to Business and Marketing Management
  • Good reasoning ability and communication skills
  • Computing skills pertaining to communication, business analytics and acumen to learn latest technologies
