Head of Marketing

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead the overall marketing function at Domino's Pizza. This role will be responsible for brand growth, customer acquisition, and driving sales through innovative campaigns, strong brand positioning, and data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on execution to strengthen market presence and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals.
  • Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Identify growth opportunities and new market segments.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Design and implement campaigns to increase footfall, store sales, and customer retention.
  • Work closely with operations and sales teams to drive store-level and regional performance.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize ROI.

3. Customer Experience & Loyalty

  • Develop customer engagement and loyalty initiatives.
  • Analyze customer feedback and insights to improve satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Enhance customer journey across offline and in-store touchpoints.

4. Product & Campaign Management

  • Lead product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Coordinate with product, supply chain, and operations for effective execution.
  • Ensure timely and impactful marketing initiatives.

5. Team Leadership & Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture.

6. Budget & Vendor Management

  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation.
  • Negotiate and manage agencies, media partners, and vendors.
  • Ensure cost efficiency and measurable results.

7. Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitors, trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Conduct market research and provide strategic insights.
  • Adapt strategies to stay ahead in the QSR market.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in QSR, FMCG, retail, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and brand expansion.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
