Purpose of the Role / JD*The VP Marketing will be responsible for building, positioning, and scaling the brand across digital and offline channels for a tourism-focused e-commerce platform. The role will drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through integrated brand, performance, and partnerships marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Define and own the brand vision, voice, and identity across all touchpoints
Build strong brand recall and trust in the tourism and travel ecosystem
Ensure consistent brand messaging across app, website, campaigns, and partnerships
2. Digital & Performance Marketing
Lead paid marketing (Google, Meta, programmatic, app installs)
Optimize CAC, ROAS, and conversion funnels
Oversee SEO, ASO, content marketing, and growth experiments
3. Campaigns & Go-to-Market
Plan and execute seasonal tourism campaigns (Eid, summer, winter, long weekends)
Launch new services (bus, flights, events, hotels, experiences)
Coordinate with product and tech teams for feature launches
4. Customer Growth & Retention
Develop lifecycle marketing strategies (CRM, push, email, SMS)
Improve repeat bookings and customer lifetime value (CLV)
Use data insights to personalize customer journeys
5. Partnerships & Alliances
Lead co-marketing initiatives with airlines, bus operators, hotels, event organizers
Manage influencer, affiliate, and strategic brand partnerships
Represent the brand in industry forums and collaborations
6. Team Leadership & Budgeting
Build and lead high-performing teams (brand, content, performance, design)
Manage annual marketing budgets and agency relationships

Pay: Rs350,000.00 - Rs425,000.00 per month
