Royal Signs & Awnings is hiring a Head of Marketing Department to lead and execute the company’s marketing efforts across Paid and Organic channels. This is a remote work-from-home role, but the candidate must be fully available during Houston business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which will be a night shift for candidates based in Pakistan.

This role is focused on generating qualified commercial leads across multiple territories, with an emphasis on high-value opportunities. The person in this seat must be able to lead the department at a high level while also being capable of personally managing PPC campaigns in the early stage.

We are looking for a proven operator, not just a coordinator. Candidates must have at least 10 years of relevant experience, direct experience in a similar industry or business model, and must be able to provide clear measurable performance statistics from previous companies.

Role Overview

The Head of Marketing Department will oversee and align the company’s core marketing functions, including:

  • Paid advertising
  • Organic marketing
  • Google Business Profile growth
  • Website performance
  • Content and conversion optimization
  • Tracking, attribution, and reporting

This person must be strong in both strategy and execution. In the beginning, they must be capable of doing the work directly, especially on paid media, while building structure, accountability, and performance across the department.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead the Marketing Department

  • Own the overall marketing strategy for Royal Signs & Awnings
  • Build structure, accountability, workflow, and reporting across the department
  • Align all marketing activity with company growth goals
  • Coordinate execution and ensure results stay on target

2. Personally Run PPC in the Early Stage

  • Personally build, launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns in the initial phase
  • Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and other relevant platforms
  • Improve cost per lead, lead quality, and conversion rates
  • Oversee retargeting campaigns and paid lead generation efforts
  • Optimize bids, keywords, audiences, ad copy, creatives, and landing page performance

3. Lead the Organic Department

  • Oversee the company’s organic marketing efforts
  • Drive Google Business Profile activity and local SEO performance
  • Improve website visibility, content quality, and organic lead generation
  • Ensure organic efforts support long-term, sustainable growth

4. Oversee Website and Tracking

  • Ensure the website supports both lead generation and conversion
  • Maintain proper tracking for lead source, campaign performance, and keyword performance
  • Use data to improve decision-making and marketing efficiency

5. Lead Paid and Organic Departments

  • Oversee both the Paid Department and the Organic Department
  • Ensure both departments stay aligned with company goals
  • Monitor execution, performance, and accountability across both functions

6. Track Results and Report Performance

  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Track lead volume, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Report clearly to leadership on what is working and what needs improvement
  • Keep the department focused on measurable business results

Work Schedule Requirement

  • This is a work-from-home role
  • Candidate must be available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Houston time
  • For candidates based in Pakistan, this is a night-shift position
  • Candidate must be comfortable working in alignment with the U.S. team and business hours

Required Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or growth
  • Direct experience in a similar industry or business model
  • Strong experience leading both paid and organic marketing efforts
  • Proven hands-on experience managing PPC directly
  • Experience owning results, team direction, and marketing performance

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience leading a marketing department or growth function
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and PPC execution
  • Capable of personally running campaigns while also leading the larger department
  • Strong understanding of local SEO, Google Business Profile, website conversion, and lead tracking
  • Highly organized, analytical, and accountable
  • Able to build systems and structure from the ground up
