Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead and oversee all marketing initiatives of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
The Head of Marketing will lead the marketing team, manage budgets, analyze market trends, and collaborate closely with sales and senior management to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
- Establish marketing KPIs and monitor performance against business targets.
- Drive growth initiatives focused on customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and business expansion.
2. Brand Management
- Strengthen and maintain Floret Capitals’ brand positioning in the financial market.
- Ensure consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Develop campaigns that enhance brand awareness and market presence.
- Oversee corporate communications, public relations, and reputation management.
3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Optimize lead generation funnels and customer acquisition strategies.
- Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI through data-driven decisions.
- Implement marketing automation and CRM-driven marketing initiatives.
4. Market Research & Analytics
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Identify customer trends, market opportunities, and industry developments.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing reports for management.
5. Sales Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales teams to generate qualified leads.
- Develop marketing materials and campaigns that support sales objectives.
- Align marketing strategies with revenue and business growth goals.
- Improve conversion rates through targeted campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
6. Budget & Vendor Management
- Develop and manage annual marketing budgets.
- Monitor expenditures and maximize return on marketing investments.
- Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and evaluate vendor performance.
7. Events & Corporate Activities
- Plan and execute seminars, webinars, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Coordinate internal branding and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA Marketing preferred).
- 3 - 5years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 1 - 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, performance marketing, and lead generation.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Experience in financial services, brokerage, fintech, or investment industries will be preferred.
