Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Head of Marketing to build and lead our marketing department. This role will define brand positioning, lead generation strategy, content direction, and overall marketing growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the full marketing strategy
• Define brand positioning and messaging
• Oversee paid ads, SEO, email marketing & performance campaigns
• Lead content and social media direction
• Build and manage the marketing team
• Align marketing with sales targets
• Manage budgets and track ROI
• Launch product and campaign strategies

Requirements

• 6+ years of marketing experience (B2B preferred)
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong performance marketing knowledge
• Analytical and data-driven mindset
• Experience scaling brands
