Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term marketing strategies for all FMCG categories.
- Lead brand positioning, portfolio strategy, and innovation pipelines.
- Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and in-retail channels.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Oversee product launches and manage end-to-end go-to-market execution.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering high performance and creativity.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, R&D, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor brand performance using KPIs, market share data, and category benchmarks.
Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 10–13 years’ experience in FMCG marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing major brands and driving significant growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly innovative, consumer-obsessed, and commercially driven.
