Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute long-term marketing strategies for all FMCG categories.
  • Lead brand positioning, portfolio strategy, and innovation pipelines.
  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and in-retail channels.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Oversee product launches and manage end-to-end go-to-market execution.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering high performance and creativity.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, R&D, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor brand performance using KPIs, market share data, and category benchmarks.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 10–13 years’ experience in FMCG marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing major brands and driving significant growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly innovative, consumer-obsessed, and commercially driven.
