Head of Operations

Are YOU ready to lead operations and supply chain for an 8 figure ecommerce brand - and help take us to 9 figures?

If you answered an enthusiastic "YES," then KEEP READING.

OUR MISSION

We are on a mission to enhance family life with innovative products that make parenting easy and fun.

OUR VISION

Our vision is to be the leading company globally known for setting new standards in parenting innovation and convenience, creating a better future for families.

OUR VALUES
  • Dedication: We show up fully and do whatever it takes to deliver on our commitments. We take pride in overdelivering and we don't disappear when things get hard.
  • Integrity: We do the right thing-even when it's inconvenient. We're uncompromising on honesty and we align our words and actions so the team can trust the numbers and each other.
  • Speed: We move fast and execute with urgency, without dropping below our minimum quality bar. We prefer progress over perfection and we remove bottlenecks instead of waiting.
  • Accountability: We own outcomes, whether they are good or bad, not excuses. When something goes wrong, we take responsibility, fix it, and improve the system so it doesn't happen again.

We are a fast scaling ecommerce brand selling products for kids in over 20+ countries. Launched in early 2022, we hit multiple 7 figures in our first year, reached 8 figures in 2023, and multiple 8 figures in 2024.

Our next goal: 9 figures - powered by stronger systems, tighter controls, and world class financial infrastructure.

And THAT'S where you come in.
