Ved Sanjeevani is on a mission to bring Ayurveda back into everyday life with a modern approach. With our range of premium Ayurvedic Nabhi Oils and Hair Oils, we are scaling rapidly across India and beyond.

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Head of Operations (D2C) to join our team in Nagpur.

Role Overview

As the Head of Operations, you will oversee the end-to-end functioning of our D2C business from production, warehousing, logistics, and packaging to delivery and customer experience. You will be responsible for building efficient systems, scaling operations, and ensuring smooth execution as we grow.

✔ Proven experience in D2C operations (e-commerce, fulfillment, logistics & supply chain)

✔ Strong problem-solving and process-optimization skills

✔ Self-motivated, resourceful, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment

✔ A leader who can build and inspire high-performance teams
