Head of Operations – Engineering / Product Development Company

We are looking for a highly driven Head of Operations to oversee and streamline the daily business and engineering operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring project and business outcomes are met efficiently.

You will be responsible for aligning operational goals with the company’s long-term vision, improving productivity across departments, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across engineering, project management, and support functions.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and productivity frameworks.
• Manage cross-functional coordination between hardware, firmware, software, and cloud teams.
• Track performance metrics, delivery timelines, and financial outcomes.
• Oversee resource planning, hiring coordination, and workload allocation.
• Work closely with CXOs and team leads to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audits, and quality management systems.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process automation or efficiency improvements.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and mentor team leads in management and communication.
• Manage vendor relationships, purchase planning, and logistics for engineering operations.
• Drive cost optimization and financial discipline across operations.
• Support scaling initiatives — new office setups, infrastructure expansion, and operational readiness for new geographies.
