You are accountable for:

goes down to the warehouse, leads from the floor, and fixes things in real time

A Fulfillment + Dark Store operating model tailored to Q.

A reliable and scalable
Last-Mile delivery mechanism

Clear task distribution across teams.

Operations that keep running under any condition, then continuously improve.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operation Under Pressure
-
Own Fulfillment operations end-to-end.
-
Handle high daily order pressure and convert it into output.
-
Solve operational problems on the ground, personally when needed.
-
Increase orders per hour while maintaining accuracy and SLA.
-
Reduce delays, errors, and returns.
Last-Mile Operations
-
Design and run the Last-Mile delivery model.
-
Ensure seamless handoff between warehouse and delivery.
-
Allocate routes, shifts, and resources efficiently.
-
Improve delivery time and cost.
-
Handle disruptions without stopping operations.
Organizational Design & Task Allocation
-
Build the operational hiring and org structure from scratch.
-
Define clear roles and responsibilities.
-
Distribute core tasks to eliminate bottlenecks.
-
Build real supervisors who can lead under pressure.
-
Manage shifts, manpower gaps, and attrition.
Leadership & People Management
-
Work with all types of personalities.
-
Lead large teams in high-stress environments.
-
Resolve daily conflicts without slowing operations.
-
Enforce discipline without breaking morale.
Systems & Technology
-
Work closely with WMS and OMS.
-
Adapt systems to operational reality, and operations to system limits.
-
Use daily data to make fast decisions.
-
Improve processes while operations are live.
Growth & Scale
-
Prepare operations for peaks and seasonal spikes.
-
Lead the gradual transition toward a Dark Store model.
-
Build an operating model that can be replicated.
Non-Negotiable Experience
-
Strong background in
E-Commerce Fulfillment
.

Hands-on experience in
Dark Store or Micro-Fulfillment
.

Proven experience in
Last-Mile delivery operations
.

Experience in
startups or fast-scaling companies
.

Managing operations under very high pressure.

Proven ability to build
operational org structures

Leading large field teams, not from a desk.
