Head of Partnerships

About Us

Programmers Force is a global SaaS and fintech innovator, building AI-powered solutions such as Shufti Pro and AML Watcher, trusted by clients worldwide. As we expand in the MENA region, we seek a Head of Partnerships to establish and scale our strategic partner ecosystem from Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth
  • Build and scale Programmers Force’s global partner ecosystem (API, ISVs, fintech, SaaS, and enterprise partners).
  • Drive partnership recruitment, onboarding, and enablement, ensuring long-term value creation.
  • Define GTM strategies, co-marketing campaigns, and co-selling initiatives with partners.
  • Partner Program Development
  • Establish and manage a structured Partner Program (resellers, technology partners, developers, marketplaces).
  • Launch developer relations/community initiatives to strengthen engagement and adoption.
  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering to ensure integrations align with customer needs.
  • Business Development & Market Expansion
  • Identify and close high-value partnerships across fintech, compliance, and SaaS sectors in MENA and globally.
  • Represent Programmers Force at regional and global industry events, summits, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to create tailored partner GTM strategies for Dubai and beyond.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives between Partnerships, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Legal.
  • Manage partner performance dashboards, reporting KPIs, ROI, and expansion opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Mentor and grow a team of partnership managers and associates.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Software Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: 8–12 years in partnerships, ecosystem growth, or business development roles, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or high-growth startups.
  • Proven Track Record in:
  • Scaling partnership programs (API & integrations).
  • Leading strategic alliances with ISVs, incubators, or enterprise partners.
  • Building developer relations or partner marketplaces.
  • Driving measurable growth through GTM and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS, fintech, compliance, and technology ecosystems.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in KPIs, ROI tracking, and partnership performance metrics.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
