We are looking for a Head of People Operations & Employee Experience to build, scale, and elevate our people function. This role goes beyond traditional HR—it focuses on designing exceptional employee journeys, enabling leaders, strengthening talent pipelines, and embedding a high-performance, inclusive culture across the organization.
You will act as a strategic partner to leadership while owning end-to-end people operations, ensuring that talent, culture, and business priorities move forward together.
What You’ll Own
People Strategy & Organizational Impact
Shape and execute a people roadmap aligned with business goals, growth plans, and company values.
Partner with leadership to translate organizational objectives into people initiatives.
Strengthen culture through policies, rituals, and practices that drive accountability and belonging.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Own hiring strategy across roles and functions, ensuring quality hires within defined turnaround times.
Design an engaging candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding.
Continuously improve recruitment processes, employer branding, and interview frameworks.
Employee Experience & Lifecycle Ownership
Lead the complete employee lifecycle—from onboarding to development, performance, engagement, and retention.
Build systems and processes that support employee well-being, productivity, and long-term growth.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor regulations, and internal standards.
Learning, Development & Retention
Launch learning and career development initiatives that help employees grow with the organization.
Drive engagement programs, feedback loops, and retention strategies for high-performing teams.
Support managers in people leadership, performance conversations, and team development.
HR Operations & Stakeholder Partnership
Oversee daily HR operations, documentation, and people processes.
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on people matters.
Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and partners as needed.

Strong understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and modern people strategies.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
