Head of Procurement-Real Estate

• Lead and manage end-to-end procurement of construction materials, equipment, and subcontractor services, ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards.
• Develop procurement strategies, vendor qualification criteria, and negotiation frameworks to achieve optimal pricing, timelines, and contractual terms.
• Oversee vendor performance, conduct market analysis, and build a reliable supplier network aligned with project requirements.
• Implement and enforce procurement policies, approval workflows, and compliance controls to support transparent and timely project execution.
• Collaborate with project, engineering, finance, and site teams to forecast material needs, manage budgets, and resolve supply delays or issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs175,000.00 - Rs220,000.00 per month
