About The Role
We’re looking for a
Head of Product
to scale and operationalize Sana’s product function, driving measurable business outcomes with clarity and speed.
In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the CPTO as part of the product leadership trio alongside the VP of Engineering and Head of Research & Design. Together, you’ll shape how we discover, build, and deliver value, ensuring Sana’s product strategy turns into impactful results for customers worldwide.
You’ll be the catalyst for data-driven decision-making, customer-led innovation, and cross-company alignment that empowers our product teams to move fast with purpose.
Job Description
What you’ll do

Operationalize the product strategy - coach product teams to turn the CPTO’s vision into clear, outcome-driven roadmaps and measurable missions.

Drive alignment and focus - ensure every team operates within well-defined problem spaces and strategic priorities.

Champion the product-engineering-design trio model - build collaboration rituals that ensure shared accountability and consistent excellence.

Scale product operations - evolve planning cadences, discovery processes, and performance rhythms across the product portfolio.

Foster data fluency - partner with Product Ops and Data teams to ensure decisions are backed by insights, KPIs, and experiment results.

Promote customer-led decision making - embed customer understanding and experimentation at the heart of every product initiative.

Engage and align stakeholders - communicate progress, priorities, and trade-offs to GTM and executive teams, keeping everyone informed and confident.

Develop and mentor talent - coach Senior and Group Product Managers into outcome-driven leaders who elevate the entire organization.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring

7+ years of experience in product management or leadership roles within SaaS or digital platforms.

Proven track record of scaling product organizations and operationalizing strategy across multiple teams.

Strong collaboration and leadership skills within cross-functional environments (Product, Engineering, Design).

Data-driven mindset with experience in experimentation, KPI frameworks, and customer insight systems.

Excellent communication skills - able to align executives, stakeholders, and teams around shared goals.

Empathy for both customers and teams, with a passion for building a culture of learning, ownership, and impact.
