Job Title: Head of Product

Reporting to: CEO

Location: Askari Corporate Tower, Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore

Salary: PKR 625,000 – 791,666 per month + shift allowance PKR 31,000 per month

Hours: 40hrs, Monday to Friday (12:00pm – 9:00pm)

Holiday: 17 days leave + Public Holidays

Probation period: 3 months

About the role

As the Head of Product, you will have an impact on shaping the future of Giant Screening’s platform by defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap that will transform iCHEX into a category-leading global screening solution. Therefore, you will lead the Product team and work closely with Development, Implementation, Operations, and Leadership to deliver scalable, intuitive, AI-enhanced features that meet the needs of both Managed Service and SaaS clients. The desired outcome of this will be to elevate our platform to modern SaaS standards, enable global expansion across checks and onboarding, and create an exceptional UX/UI experience that defines how thousands of clients and candidates engage with screening.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Setting and owning the platform strategy and long-term product roadmap.
• Driving innovation, with a strong focus on AI, automation, and modern UX/UI.
• Leading the Product team (Product Manager + Technical Product Specialists).
• Ensuring the platform meets global SaaS standards for usability, scalability, and performance.
• Aligning cross-functional teams (Dev, Implementation, Operations, CS, Sales) around purposeful delivery.

Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Product Strategy & Leadership

• Define, communicate, and champion a clear product vision aligned to business growth, customer needs, and market trends.
• Own the product roadmap, balancing new features, strategic initiatives, compliance requirements, and platform optimization.
• Translate company goals (e.g., Tenant expansion, Flex, onboarding lifecycle, AI automation, global checks) into actionable product plans.
• Ensure the platform positions Giant as a best-in-class global screening provider.
• Lead Product ceremonies, planning cycles, roadmap reviews, and prioritization.

2. Team Management (Product Manager + TPS)

• Manage, develop, and mentor Product team members.
• Ensure TPS deliver high-quality requirements, CCNs, workflows, and technical system understanding.
• Oversee backlog quality and ensure requirements meet engineering standards.
• • Drive a strong product culture centered on UX/UI thinking, user empathy, and data-driven decisions.

3. AI, UX/UI, and Innovation

• Lead initiatives that modernize the platform’s user experience, introducing intuitive workflows and a modern SaaS feel.
• Apply AI and automation opportunities.
• Uplift UI components and user journeys.
• Champion design consistency, accessibility, and usability across modules.

4. Product Delivery & Collaboration

• Work closely with Development leadership to ensure roadmap delivery is well defined and achievable.
• Collaborate on sprint planning, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
• Oversee UAT with support from TPS, ensuring releases meet quality standards and do not introduce regressions.
• Ensure Product provides the business with clarity on timelines, scope, and impact of changes.
• Partner with Implementation to support complex client onboarding or configuration scenarios.

5. Market Awareness & Compliance

• Continuously monitor industry trends in screening, SaaS, AI, and user experience.
• Understand global screening, compliance needs, and regional screening limitations.
• Ensure product decisions support compliance with ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus, GDPR, PBSA standards, and relevant international regulations.

6. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Communicate roadmap plans, delivery progress, risks, and dependencies to executive leadership.
• Engage closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to gather market insights and business priorities.
• Review high-impact client requests and provide strategic direction on viability and alignment to roadmap.

Your ideal experience & competencies

• 7+ years in SaaS Product Management with at least 3 years in a senior/leadership role.
• Proven experience leading product strategy and engineering collaboration in a technology organisation.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles with experience of modernising legacy systems.
• Experience applying AI or automation to improve product experience or operational workflows.
• Background in screening, HR tech, regtech, fintech, or compliance platforms highly desirable.
• Strong experience managing teams of Product Managers, BAs, or Product Specialists.

• Ability to manage complex dependencies and long-term strategic initiatives.
• Passionate about user experience, product quality, and continuous improvement.
