We are hiring a strategic and growth-oriented Head of Product to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative product initiatives, with a strong emphasis on Loyalty Programs . This leadership role requires a dynamic product professional who can design and scale customer engagement ecosystems that drive retention, lifetime value, and brand affinity.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

  • Define and drive the overall product strategy with a strong focus on designing, scaling, and optimizing Loyalty Programs
  • Build long-term roadmaps aligned with business growth objectives, customer engagement goals, and revenue targets
  • Identify new opportunities to enhance customer retention, rewards structures, gamification models, and partner ecosystems

Loyalty Program Leadership

  • Architect innovative loyalty frameworks including points-based systems, tiered memberships, subscription benefits, cashback models, and experiential rewards
  • Leverage customer insights and behavioral analytics to personalize engagement strategies
  • Optimize reward economics, customer lifetime value (CLTV), and return on investment (ROI) metrics
  • Drive partnerships and integrations that expand loyalty program value propositions

Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, analytics, and marketing to deliver high-impact features
  • Translate high-level business goals into clear product requirements and execution plans
  • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and continuous optimization
  • Establish strong product management processes, agile rituals, and performance tracking frameworks

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engagement, retention, repeat purchase rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Use experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, cohort analysis) to refine loyalty mechanics
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor strategies to keep loyalty offerings innovative and competitive

Leadership & Team Building

  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing product teams
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centric thinking
  • Collaborate closely with executive stakeholders to communicate product performance and strategic direction

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with significant exposure to building and scaling Loyalty Programs
  • Proven track record of launching customer engagement or rewards platforms that drive measurable business growth
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, retention strategies, and behavioral economics
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities
  • Ability to balance long-term product vision with short-term deliverables and revenue impact
