Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Head of Product to lead HUMAIN Code, HUMAIN’s AI-driven coding platform. This leader will own the product strategy, roadmap, technical architecture, and technical sales. The role requires deep expertise in AI, software development tooling, and technical sales to government and enterprise customers.

You will work at the intersection of product innovation, engineering, and commercial execution — shaping how HUMAIN Code becomes the standard for AI-driven software development across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and own the HUMAIN Code product vision aligned with HUMAIN’s AI-first strategy.

• Build and prioritize the multi-year roadmap, balancing innovation, customer needs, and scalability.

• Establish product differentiation and positioning in global markets.

Technical Architecture & Development

• Lead the design and evolution of HUMAIN Code’s AI-driven coding architecture (LLMs, copilots, developer tools, security layers).

• Partner with engineering to ensure scalable, modular, and future-proof architecture.

• Drive decisions on model selection, training pipelines, integrations (IDE, CI/CD, cloud), and developer experience.

• Champion AI safety, compliance, and governance within product design.

Technical Sales & Market Execution

• Partner with sales teams to drive technical pre-sales, solution design, and customer engagement.

• Translate customer requirements into product features and enterprise-grade offerings.

• Build a strong customer feedback loop into the roadmap and technical priorities.

• Support strategic accounts (governments, large enterprises) with deep technical credibility.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment

• Build and lead a high-performing product management team.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, research, go-to-market, and customer success.

• Manage partnerships with hyperscalers, open-source communities, and ecosystem developers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management / product leadership roles in software, AI, or developer platforms.

• Proven track record of owning product roadmaps from ideation to scaled adoption.

• Strong understanding of AI/ML models, coding assistants, and developer ecosystem.

• Hands-on experience in technical architecture (LLMs, APIs, IDE integrations, cloud-native).

• Demonstrated success in enterprise or government technical sales and customer engagement.

• Excellent leadership, storytelling, and executive stakeholder management skills.

• Experience building developer-focused products (e.g., IDEs, SDKs, APIs, dev tools) is highly preferred.
