Head of Product (Investment)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Head of Product (Investment) to lead the "Supply Side" of our platform. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our Investment Portal—from the algorithmic logic that allocates capital to mortgage loans, to the dashboard where investors track their yields.

You are not just a manager; you are a builder. You will gather requirements from our Investment Committee and Treasury team, analyze complex financial flows, and translate them into crystal-clear User Stories for our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Financial Logic

• Define the product vision for the Investment Portal (Web & Mobile), ensuring it meets the sophisticated needs of Corporate Treasuries and HNWIs.
• Design the Allocation Engine: The logic that matches incoming investment capital (Supply) with approved mortgage requests (Demand) to maximize liquidity and minimize idle cash.
• Structure the digital representation of investment products (e.g., SPVs, Sukuk structures, or fractionalized mortgage portfolios) ensuring 100% accuracy in yield (IRR) and dividend calculations.
  

2. Requirements Gathering & Analysis (Hands-on)

• Act as the primary bridge between the Capital Markets Team and Engineering.
• Lead deep-dive workshops to gather requirements: How do we handle "Capital Calls"? How is "Accrued Interest" displayed? What is the "Exit/Redemption" flow?
• Translate these requirements into detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and User Stories with acceptance criteria (Gherkin/JIRA).
  

3. Compliance & Regulation (KSA Context)

• Ensure all investment workflows comply with CMA (Capital Market Authority) regulations for investment funds and SAMA (Saudi Central Bank) guidelines for lending integration.
• Integrate KYC/AML checks specifically for corporate entities (CR verification, UBO declaration) using local integrations (Wathq, Absher, etc.).
  

4. User Experience (The "Concierge" Feel)

• Design a premium, transparency-first dashboard that displays "Deployed Capital," "Pending Allocation," and "Realized Returns" in real-time.
• Automate reporting: Ensure investors receive automated digital performance reports and tax/Zakat statements
  

Requirements:

• Experience: 7+ years in Product Management, with at least 3 years in FinTech, WealthTech, or Investment Management.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Investment Portfolios, Asset Allocation, and Private Credit/Lending. You know the difference between "Committed Capital" and "Called Capital."
• Technical Proficiency: Expert in breaking down complex financial concepts into executable User Stories. Familiarity with SQL or API logic is a plus.
• Regional Knowledge: Experience with KSA regulations (CMA/SAMA) or the broader GCC market is highly preferred.
• Communication: Native/Fluent proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
