Four Seasons Events is hiring a Production Manager to lead and manage the full production team across all projects. You will take ownership of planning, team performance, technical delivery, warehouse coordination, and event execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, train, and manage the production team including supervisors, technicians, and crew
* Assign roles, set clear targets, and monitor performance
* Develop production plans, timelines, and manpower schedules
* Conduct production meetings and technical briefings
* Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and asset management
* Ensure equipment readiness, maintenance, and tracking
* Manage logistics, additional Manpower, transportation, and site coordination
* Control production budgets and vendor contracts
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
* Take full responsibility for on site execution and problem resolution
Requirements
* 5 plus years experience in event production management
* Proven experience leading large production teams
* Strong technical knowledge of AV, Sound, Stage, lighting, and rigging
* Experience in warehouse and logistics management
* Strong leadership, planning, and decision making skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
