Switchgear Production Manager

We are looking for Production Manager / Head – Switchgear Manufacturing for our leading Switchgear Manufacturing Client at Karachi.

Position Overview:

We are hiring a Production Manager / Head – Switchgear Manufacturing for a leading switchgear manufacturing organization based in Karachi. The role is responsible for leading complete production operations with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, safety, and on-time delivery of LV and MV switchgear products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end production operations for LV and MV switchgear manufacturing.
• Ensure effective production planning, scheduling, and timely order fulfillment.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and ISO requirements.
• Manage production teams, workforce planning, capacity utilization, and performance KPIs.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Design, Procurement, and Project Planning / Engineering teams to ensure smooth operations and delivery.Ideal

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in switchgear manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience in production optimization, process improvement, and quality systems.
