Location: Heenat Salma Farm, Qatar
Department: Operations
Reports To: Operations Director & Farm General Manager

Position Overview

The Head of Production is responsible for overseeing production activities across all profit centres at Heenat Salma Farm. The role ensures high quality standards, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of products, services, and experiences while aligning with the farm’s ecological, artisanal, and cultural values.

The position coordinates closely with production teams, business units, and management to ensure smooth operations and consistent performance across all verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations across all farm profit centres including agriculture, dairy, F&B, retail products, events, wellness, and education activities.
• Establish and maintain production standards, SOPs, and quality control systems.
• Monitor production costs, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Develop production plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Production teams to align production with demand and budgets.
• Provide regular performance reports and KPI tracking to management.
• Support the development and launch of new products, programs, and services.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Agriculture, Food Production, Hospitality, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in production or operations management, preferably in multi-unit environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality control systems, operational planning, and cost management.
