Head of Production Planning & Supply Chain

Location: Casablanca, Morocco

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to join our team as Head of Production Planning & Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the kitchen appliances sector, with a proven ability to drive operational excellence, enhance production efficiency, and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This is a critical leadership role with responsibility for ensuring seamless integration of production and supply chain operations to deliver world-class products efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all aspects of production planning and supply chain operations to ensure optimal performance.
• Plan, organize, and control production activities to meet demand, quality, and cost targets.
• Lead production teams to achieve KPIs in output, quality, waste reduction, delivery, and safety.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement, working closely with quality, engineering, and maintenance departments.
• Monitor and adjust production schedules and resources to meet capacity requirements and customer deadlines.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Optimize workflows, material flow, inventory, and manpower allocation to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, engineering, and R&D for seamless product lifecycle execution and timely market delivery.
• Mentor, train, and develop supervisors, planners, and line leaders to foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance.
• Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in production and supply chain management within the kitchen appliances industry.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes for gas cookers, ovens, and related appliances.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume factory operations and complex supply chains.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Exceptional leadership and people management capabilities with the ability to inspire diverse teams.
• Fluency in English and/or French; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Casablanca, Morocco .
