Head of Project Management

The Head of Project Management will oversee and direct the full lifecycle of multiple complex real estate developments. This senior leadership position requires strategic vision, operational expertise, and strong stakeholder management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary project management team across various high-rise mixed-use developments.
• Develop and implement robust project management frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Provide regular reporting and strategic updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork.
• Travel frequently to project sites locally and internationally to oversee progress and resolve issues on the ground.

Qualifications:

• 18+ years in large-scale real estate project management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
