Head of Quality

Plastic Industries Phool Nagar Plant is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Head of Quality to lead and strengthen our Quality Assurance & Quality Control functions. Candidates with relevant experience in the Plastic Industry will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems across production operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead QA/QC teams to maintain product consistency and minimize defects.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Oversee incoming raw material inspections and finished goods quality checks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Manage audits, certifications, and customer quality complaints professionally.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain departments.
• Prepare quality reports, KPIs, and management presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or relevant field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of quality management experience, preferably in the Plastic Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality tools, and process improvement methodologies.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
