Head of Reservations

Requirements (Must):

* 8+ years’ experience in Travel & Tourism (DMC background).

* Currently based in Dubai in a managerial-level role.

Core Responsibilities:

· Lead the positioning and further development of international markets, strengthening the company’s global presence.

· Oversee and guide the reservations team, ensuring achievement of budgets and overall business targets.

· Monitor and drive team productivity, fostering a high-performance culture.

· Define and execute both short-term and long-term goals in close coordination with the Dubai management team.

· Collaborate with executive leadership and departmental managers to design, implement, and execute business plans and policies.

· In charge of the team and making the team help achieving budgets

· Monitoring the Team achieve maximum productivity

· Set Short term and Long-term Goals and ensure they are achieved in coordination with Management in Dubai

· Works with other executive colleagues and departmental managers to implement plans and policies

Skills and Qualifications Required:

· Over 8+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry with a strong background in Destination Management Companies (DMC).

· Must currently be based in Dubai and hold a managerial-level position within the travel and tourism sector in Dubai.

· Strong ability to motivate teams, drive performance, and make effective decisions.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.

· Highly skilled in interpersonal communication and relationship management.

· Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical and strategic thinking.

· Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
