Own the commercial planning and forecasting process for the BNPL business and overall merchant commission revenue, ensuring accuracy across pipeline, bookings, and revenue.

Own GTM for our merchant network's geographical expansions in collaboration with compliance, risk, product and sales, and drive expansions into industries through new/existing products.

Design, optimize, and scale revenue workflows from lead generation to deal closure and expansion.

Collaborate with the product and risk teams to optimise top of the funnel for our BNPL checkout products.

Take ownership of regulatory document submissions pertaining to the BNPL product's setup/launch/licensing.

Build and manage dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into GTM performance.

Drive operational efficiency through automation, using tools and AI-driven workflows.

Own our in-house CRM, ensuring it's configured to meet the needs of our Sales, Account Management, Data, Merchant Onboarding, and Partnerships teams.

Maintain integrations between our in-house CRM and our broader tech stack (e.g., lead data enrichment, Jira, Slack, Google Sheets, AppSheets, etc).

Partner with Sales, Account Management, Data, Finance, Risk, and Product to streamline processes, improve handoffs, and align goals.

Deliver sales enablement and training resources to boost GTM productivity and effectiveness.

Establish strong data hygiene practices, governance, and documentation standards.

Build and manage a high-performing RevOps team.

You will be managing a team of 3-5 people from the start.
