Role Overview:
The Head of Sales will lead and manage the sales operations for a leading real estate development company in Dubai. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing high-performing sales teams, and establishing strategic initiatives that strengthen the company’s market position. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in Dubai’s off-plan Markets, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to achieve ambitious sales targets in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue and growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property sales specialists to deliver consistent performance and meet monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- Oversee sales operations including lead management, client engagement, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Drive the development of effective sales processes and tools in coordination with marketing and CRM departments to maximize conversion rates.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key investors, brokers, and high-net-worth clients.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns that align with sales objectives.
- Ensure effective management of client pipelines, sales forecasts, and reporting to senior management.
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings to promote brand visibility and client engagement.
- Implement training and performance development programs to build a motivated and professional sales team.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and ethical sales practices.
