Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Head of Sales with strong UAE real estate leadership experience to manage, train, and drive a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, building sales strategies, and scaling the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of real estate sales consultants
  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and monitor daily performance
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for off-plan & secondary properties
  • Drive revenue growth and improve team conversion ratios
  • Coach, mentor, and train team members
  • Coordinate with marketing team to convert leads into deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and investors
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of UAE real estate sales experience
  • At least 3 years in a sales leadership / manager role
  • Proven track record of team handling and target achievement
  • Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market and regulations
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
