The Role

We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead business development and revenue growth in KSA. The ideal candidate will have a strong agency background , experience in creative or influencer marketing sales , and the ability to build and maintain relationships with brands and key decision-makers . This role requires fluency in Arabic and a deep understanding of the local market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for KSA, targeting both new business opportunities and existing clients
• Lead client acquisition efforts , from pitching to contract negotiation
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team
• Collaborate closely with creative, content, and influencer teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the influencer marketing space
• Own the sales pipeline and revenue targets , reporting regularly to senior leadership
• Foster long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor

Requirements

• 5–10+ years’ experience in sales/business development within a creative or marketing agency
• Proven track record of closing deals with major brands in KSA or the MENA region
• Deep understanding of influencer marketing, digital content, and creative campaign workflows
• Fluent Arabic & English (written and spoken)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
