About the Role:
As the Head of Sales at AST, you will take ownership of the company’s sales strategy, lead and scale a high-performing sales team, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening AST’s market presence, building long term client relationships, and driving sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company revenue goals. Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to maximize performance, including SDRs and other sales staff.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand AST’s client base across target sectors.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Implement and optimize sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and CRM usage.
- Monitor key performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to senior management.
- Build strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to maintain AST’s competitive edge.
- Demonstrated success in building, managing, and scaling sales teams.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales automation tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans, set measurable goals, and execute them effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 4-5 years in B2B sales leadership, preferably in software or tech solutions.
- Demonstrated success in building, managing, and scaling sales teams.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales automation tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans, set measurable goals, and execute them effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Working Days: Monday – Friday.
