Key Responsibilities

About the Job:

Managing all the sales’ cycles of corporate accounts from lead generation to activating the accounts, through leading a team who is dedicated for acquiring new accounts, maintaining and upgrading current accounts.

Description:
  • Define the sales strategy in alignment with the company objectives and direction
  • Set clear sales targets & OKRs in terms of revenues, number of acquisitions and active accounts
  • Manage the end-to-end sales and account management cycle for corporate and high value consumers from lead generation to active transactions
  • Compile, analyse, and interpret sales data to provide reports to core members on performance
  • Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing
  • Oversee the interviewing, hiring, and training of a company’s sales staff to ensure an effective salesforce
  • Monitor team’s performance & track their key achievement areas.

Key Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience including years of team management.
  • Bachelor's degree of Business of any related field
  • Fintech & start-ups background
  • Knowledge of Sales performance metrics
  • Forecast sales results and analyze sales data.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable sales plans
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders
  • Solid business acumen and understanding of revenue growth, market dynamics, and customer needs
  • Proven ability in building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Results-driven mindset, focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong analytical skills to assess performance, identify opportunities, and support decision-making
  • Emerging leadership and influencing capabilities, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Demonstrated change-making ability, adaptable to fast-paced and evolving business environments
